Module "Forms"

The module allows to publish application forms, requests and offers on a site. This feature allows the site visitors to send messages to the site administartor by filling in a form-questionnaire without using an e-mail program. The composition, names and the order of the form fields are set by the administrator via special web-interface.

The following types of fields can be used in forms:

single-line text (TEXT);
multiline text (TEXTAREA);
selectors – pop-up lists (SELECT);
a list of options (RADIO BUTTON);
a flag (CHECK BOX).

After a user clicks the Submit button, the server sends the form to an e-mail address, set by the administrtator. The contents of the form should be sent in a text format.

Processing of messages, sent by users, is done by any standard e-mail program (e.g. MS Outlook Express). Message processing can also be done via the management system – all the messages are saved in the database.

Administrative interface allows to:

browse the list, add and delete forms;
add and edit the fields in the chosen form;
