Module “Question-answer”

The module is intended for publication of the answers to the questions, concerning the work of a company, offered products and services or other important information.

A web- site user has a chance to ask the experts of the company a question by filling in a special form, which is located on the same page, as the already answered questions. The questions are listed in the order of the date of addition, new questions are located on the top of the list. The asked questions are put into the database and subsequently can be read by the managers of the system through the management system.

Administrative interface allows to:

• Add, edit and delete the categories of the questions
  
• Add, change, publish and delete the questions and the answers to them
  
• Edit an answer in a visual editor
